The genesis of PDS originated from the Harland Bartholomew firm, a pioneer and nationally recognized leader in the planning, design and construction of community enhancement projects. PDS continues the philosophy and experience of Harland Bartholomew into a new separate entity, Bartholomew Planning Design Studio (PDS), re-focusing our professional practice to provide practical, creative and economical solutions to our clients’ most challenging projects.
