Principal

Mr. Fehr, a founding principal of Planning Design Studio, provides leadership and project management for planning and design assignments with public, private and institutional clients. His specialized experience includes site master planning through final design/construction documents for urban design, parks, recreation facilities and development projects. Over 20 of his projects have received planning or design awards from ASLA, APA and other professional organizations.

His domestic and international assignments have included: site development at four National Parks; the River Des Peres Greenway in the City of Saint Louis; the Olive/I-270 Community Gateway & Bio-Research Corridor in St. Louis County; site development plans for NASA's Glen Space Flight Center; and the Urban Design Master Plan for Tanhai New Town, China. Currently Mr. Fehr leads the firm's interest for pursuing green design principles, is a long time member of the Missouri Botanical Gardens and currently serves on the Board of Directors for their Gateway Greening affiliate, a community garden organization dedicated to civic greening and community food gardens in St. Louis.

Mr. Fehr is a graduate of Kansas State University, a member of ASLA and is a registered Landscape Architect in several states.
