Planning Design Studio was selected by the Brentwood Forest Condominium Association to complete a landscape master plan for its 110-acre community. As part of the design process, a visual field survey of the complex was completed and used to assist in the site analysis of the entire property. The master plan included recommendations for streetscape plantings, treatment of common ground, parking, and swimming pool areas. A plant palette and cost estimates were provided for initial improvement projects. After approval of the overall plan by the Condominium Board, landscape implementation documents were developed for the primary entry, the main office, a community area and the first of 11 “neighborhoods” scheduled for improvement.
