Cost Estimating and Implementation Planning

Great Rivers Greenway commissioned this study to evaluate alternatives and cost implications for connecting the communities of Brentwood and Webster Groves via the Deer Creek-Rogers Parkway Greenway.  This greenway will connect residential areas, the Manchester Road business corridor, the Promenade shopping area, the Hanley Industrial Park and several of Brentwood's existing parks to the regional Deer Creek Greenway.

The study evaluated the feasibility of building an elevated pedestrian walkway over a railroad spur and an underground crossing at Manchester Road to provide safe and efficient bike and pedestrian crossings.  The master plan design also featured an urban wetland walking trail and connections to a redesigned city park and a new dog park.
