Planning Design Studio met demanding quality, aesthetic and scheduling requirements to create the beautiful design for this 9.5-acre residential estate.  Our design features a meandering entry drive and fountain focal point that serves as site’s main entrance.  Permeable grass pavers reduce storm water runoff and improve sustainability of the guest parking court. 

A kitchen terrace, parterre gardens and a reflecting pool serve as outdoor extensions to the living space and provide a place for outdoor cooking and entertaining.  A quaint kitchen garden grows vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers for the family.  For a unique look at this project see the featured article in Landscape Architect & Specifier News.
