As part of the Brentwood Bound Initiative, Planning Design Studio led all master planning and site design efforts of a new world class urban park known as Brentwood Park. Amenities in this new park include a central lake feature that also serves as a flood storage facility, a destination playground featuring water play and adventure climbing, and an event lawn to host a local farmers market during the summer and outdoor ice skating in the winter. The retention pond and lake features a boardwalk, perimeter walking path, amphitheater seat walls and a stage. The parking lot features permeable paving. The park is the focus of two intersecting greenways.
