Planning Design Studio assisted Elite Development Services (EDS) with the preparation of a master plan for a new park/town center and other public realm/common areas within the 265-acre Harvest Master Planned Community. The project focused on creating a farm themed park/common area on approximately 13 acres centrally located within the development. Initial program elements included in the master plan:

• Splash pad/water play area

• Community barn (indoor/outdoor space) with large doors

• Central mail delivery service

• Outdoor fitness area

• Small amphitheater

• Natural prairie

• Connecting trails

• Playground

• Multi-purpose athletic field
