Planning Design Studio assisted Elite Development Services (EDS) with the preparation of a master plan for a new park/town center and other public realm/common areas within the 265-acre Harvest Master Planned Community. The project focused on creating a farm themed park/common area on approximately 13 acres centrally located within the development. Some elements in the master plan included a​ splash pad/water play area, small amphitheater, natural prairie, playground, outdoor event space, multipurpose athletic field, outdoor fitness areas, and connecting trails.
