Originally from the North Shore of Massachusetts, Kaitlin brings a diverse background of traveling and organic farming into her work. Her design philosophy centers on a strong sense of place, with a focus on crafting landscapes that reflect the character of their environment while bringing people together in meaningful ways.

Her time living in various regions—including Fiji, Hawai‘i, Cyprus, and Italy—has given her a unique perspective on how cultural identity and landscape are deeply intertwined. These experiences inform her creative process, encouraging designs that are both contextually sensitive and experientially rich.

Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys hiking, discovering new cuisines, and pursuing creative hobbies. Most recently, she has taken an interest in stained glass art.
