This project aims to visually and functionally define public street corridors through the Lincoln Market Place district as unique to the surrounding private developments.  To achieve this distinct character, streetscapes are designed with carefully selected outdoor furnishings, street trees, landscape plantings and signage.  This consistent visual theme creates a unique sense of place and cohesive identity.  The plan improves circulation routes with traffic calming features, integration with MetroBus routes, and attentive placement of pedestrian and bicycle facilities.
