The Gateway Region YMCA selected Planning Design Studio and KAI to design an Adaptive Sports Complex consisting of a Miracle League Baseball Field, and Inclusive Playground, a soccer field, and a running track on a portion of their property that currently contains a three (3) baseball fields and a running track. The Miracle League Baseball Field will also include two new buildings: a concession and storage building and a restroom building with 4 individual/family toilet rooms with adult changing tables. A storm water basin was located south of the proposed soccer field and running track.
