Creve Coeur Park Ice Site Public Meeting

On Tuesday night, February 11, PDS was pleased to help St. Louis County Parks facilitate a public meeting regarding the 35-acre former “Ice Site” location at Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park. The purpose of the meeting was to solicit input on how the former ice site could be developed in the future. Attendance exceeded expectations. The meeting room at the Maryland Heights Community Center was filled with an enthusiastic group of passionate park lovers who conveyed some great suggestions. The results of the public meeting, as well as input from a pre-meeting online survey, will be compiled into an appendix to add to the ‘Vision 2030 St. Louis County Parks Master Plan’ that PDS completed in 2018, and will help guide St. Louis County Parks on future decisions related to the “Ice Site”.
