Scott is PDS’s business development manager as well as a project manager for various master planning and site design projects. He supports PDS with expertise in multidisciplinary team management, field investigations, master planning, design, implementation and construction administration. His project experience is diverse, including both domestic and international assignments in the fields of parks and recreation, sustainable design, historic preservation, tourism, institutional and Federal design.
In addition to his extensive experience, Scott is an active leader in professional, nonprofit and educational organizations. His numerous service positions include the Missouri Association of Landscape Architects (Treasurer), St. Louis Chapter ASLA (Trustee), the Open Space Council (President) and Washington University Sam Fox School of Design Masters of Landscape Architecture Professional Advisory Council (President). He was valedictorian at the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture + Design. He is a registered Landscape Architect in Missouri, Illinois and Arkansas.
Scott enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, tennis, bicycling and volunteering for invasive species removal and litter cleanup events.
