Andy is a founding member and principal of PDS. He leads various project development activities, including site inventory and analysis, planning, design development, environmental permitting, recreation master planning and construction documentation. He is always eager to pursue sustainable practices through his extensive knowledge of arboriculture and to preserve trees during site development and construction.
Andy directed the firm’s efforts for the renaissance of Blackburn Park in Webster Groves; he was project manager for the renovation of Kirkwood Park; and he directed the Comprehensive Parks Master Plan for Brentwood, MO. He has completed designs for Saint Louis University, Laclede’s Landing Redevelopment Corporation and the Saint Louis Zoo.
Andy has worked on local, national, and international projects of varying sizes and scales. His design talents have been recognized by clients and fellow professionals with seven awards from the Saint Louis Chapter of ASLA. Andy serves on the City of Richmond Heights Planning and Zoning Commission; he is a Certified Arborist and member of the International Society of Arboriculture. Andy is a corvette enthusiast.
