ASLA Honors Managing Principal Noel T. Fehr with Robert Goetz Award

In 2005, the St. Louis Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects established the Robert Goetz Award for Distinguished Career in Landscape Architecture. Since its inception only five landscape architects in the St. Louis Chapter have been recognized with this award. Planning Design Studio is pleased to announce that our own Noel T. Fehr, ASLA as the latest recipient of this prestigious award.


The Robert Goetz Award acknowledges a chapter member’s professional career and contributions to the profession of landscape architecture as well as service to the St. Louis Chapter. In Noel’s over 40 year career he has been a mentor, teacher and inspiration to countless landscape architects that have worked with him. His quality work has resulted in over 20 project awards through the years. Service to the Chapter in various executive committee roles including Chapter President and his dedication to the advancement of the landscape architecture in the state reflect a high level of commitment to the profession. Noel received tremendous support for this honor from clients and colleagues.
