Carbondale Parks & Recreation Master Plan Town Hall Meeting

Planning Design Studio was selected to develop a new Parks & Recreation Master Plan for the City of Carbondale. This master plan will serve as a guide for future development within the Carbondale parks system.

A second town hall meeting was held at Carbondale City Hall to discuss the new vision for the City's parks. Landscape Architect Johnathan Corbett was joined by Mary Jeanne Hutchison, owner of Hutchison Solutions, who will be assisting in the planning process. The pair discussed potential improvements to the current park system and received feedback from community members. The feedback given will be a tremendous help in the development of this master plan.
